Instant Bread Dosa | No Fermentation Dosa

Instant Bread Dosa


Sandwich Bread – 4 nos
Besan/Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Curd – 200 gms
Salt to taste
A Pinch of Cooking Soda
Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp

Corn Dosa recipe –
Puffed Rice Dosa recipe –


1. Cut the bread slices and grind it to a coarse powder
2. Add gram flour, rice flour, curd and water to the bread crumbs and grind it to a smooth batter
3. Add salt, cooking soda and cumin seeds to the batter and mix well.
4. Pour a ladle of the batter on to a tawa and make dosas as you desire
5. You can serve the dosa with sambar and chutney
