Upscale restaurant brand Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has launched a seasonal offering called Spring Vine & Dine. The adventurous three-course menu celebrates the flavors of spring and is paired with three organically grown wines from Long Meadow Ranch.
The tableside experience lets guests discover how ingredients and wine elements highlight or contrast each unique flavor profile. The menu includes a Macadamia Citrus Salad paired with Long Meadow Ranch chardonnay; the Spring Trio of tender tournedos of beef, butter-poached lobster, and a seasonal vegetable ratatouille, accompanied by a spring pea puree, which is paired with Long Meadow Ranch’s cabernet sauvignon and pinot noir; and Dreamy Espresso Delight, chocolate espresso semifreddo with accents of vanilla, cocoa chili crumble and strawberry coulis.
The Spring Vine & Dine menu is priced at $95 per person and runs from March 2 through June 15. Founded in 1998, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is now owned by Tampa, FL-based Bloomin’ Brands and operates nearly 70 locations.
