3 Ingredient Ombre FRUIT SLUSHIES Recipe



DIY Summer Fruit Slushies Recipe!

Slushies in grams:

Simple Syrup Recipe:

– 250 gr Water
– 125 gr Sugar
– Pinch of Salt

-300 gr of Fresh Fruit
– 4 – 6 tbsp of Simple Syrup ( The simple syrup can vary for this recipe depending on your taste buds and what fruit you use.)

NOTE:This mixture will eventually freeze completely. Make sure to break it up with a fork before it freezes to be able to spoon it in your cup once frozen.
You could alternatively pulse the frozen mixture in your blender, however you will destroy all the ice crystals and it will have more of a frozen smoothie texture.

***My favorite combinations***

– 300 gr Mango, 3 tbsp Lemon Juice, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup

– 300 gr mixed Berries & Cherries, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Lemon Zest, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup

– 300 gr Watermelon, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup ( You can add less if you prefer)

– 300 gr Peaches, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup
