Healthy Vegan Recipes! Steps below:
Caramel pudding (refined sugar-free) ingredients:
2 cups of medjool dates
3/4 of a cup homemade almond milk
1 ripe avocado
3 tbsp almond butter
6 tbsp date water
1/2 tbsp vanilla bean powder
Soak the dates in hot water for ten minutes. Separate the dates from the water and keep 6 tbsp of the date water and set aside. Pit the dates and put them into the food processor along with the date water, almond milk, and process for one minute. After processing add the almond butter, vanilla bean powder, avocado and process for two minutes until smooth and creamy. Top with your choice of nuts.
Chocolate Mousse ingredients:
4 ripe avocados
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 tbsp vanilla bean powder
1/4 fresh almond milk
Scoop out the meat of the avocados and put in food processor. Add raw cacao powder, vanilla bean powder, and pure maple syrup. Process until combined. Finally, add in the almond milk and process until smooth and creamy. Top it with anything your heart desires!
Chocolate pudding (refined sugar-free) ingredients:
2 cups medjool dates
1/2 – 3/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 tbsp vanilla bean powder
1 ripe avocado
Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. pit the dates and place them in a food processor. Add milk and process until smooth. Then add the cacao powder, vanilla bean powder and process for a few seconds. Finally, add in the ripe avocado and process until smooth and creamy. Top with your choice of crushed vegan cookies, nuts or fruit.
