3 Sugar Free Vegan Desserts Recipes

My Top 3 Sugar Free Vegan Dessert Recipes That I Eat As A Model | Dairy Free, Diet & Waist Friendly Home Made Desserts, & Easy To Make At Home With Just A Few Simple Ingredients | Sanne Vloet

Hey Guys,

What’s your favorite dessert? Is it ice cream, cake, or maybe you’re like me and you’re on #TeamSavory and you LOVE Dark Chocolate? I filmed this while I was in Los Angeles earlier in November where I was inspired to try out a vegan lifestyle for a week which turned into almost three weeks of eating plant based only. Where are my vegan & plant based subscribers? To be honest I loved it, both Max and I felt amazing the entire time. Being on the West Coast and near my favorite health food market, Erewhon, made it easy to eat a well balanced plant based diet in addition to inspiring me to do some research on yummy desserts that anyone can make at home with just a few healthy ingredients and super foods like cacao. So if you like desserts and you haven’t subscribed to the channel join me and make sure to turn on post notifications for all the amazing wellness content that I am going to be sharing here on the channel!

So I made each one of these recipes without any added sugar and used ONLY the smallest amount of natural plant based sweeteners. I usually make these recipes for other models, but remember we did a no sugar challenge for 30 days and well fruits are okay, I just made sure not to use any added sweeteners during that month. You guys know how much I love avocado and dark chocolate so I created a Chocolate Avocado Coconut Mousse that I know all of you will love, anyone thinking about trying it out this week? For everyone that doesn’t love avocados the other two recipes are a fresh fig pudding (one of the easier dessert options I make regularly) and a banana strawberry sorbet that I would trade my HU kitchen chocolate bar for!

Now that I have more time I’m ready to start filming more content in the kitchen with you guys. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to create consistently in the wellness space and I’m beyond excited for the opportunities that lie ahead! This community has grown so much in such a short period of time and I have each and everyone one of you to thank for the opportunities that have come my way. From my restaurant with Chef George, to my travels across the world, you guys have been by my side the entire time. Who remembers my first “What I Eat In A Day Video”, anyone? I hope all of you take a moment today, tomorrow, next week, or even a month from now to make one of the recipes I’ve shared on the channel. I challenge you all to try a week of plant based eating and if you’re brave do what we did and stay away from added sugar for as long as you can! Trust me it will change your life!

I’m so excited for 2020! I’m so excited for the big changes that are coming in my life and I can’t imagine doing this without all of you by my side. As I prepare for 2020 leave me your questions, your concerns, your ideas, and of course your thoughts! All the feedback you guys leave helps the direction of this community so much! Would you guys like to see more plant based healthy options, how about some new recipes inspired by my time here in Tokyo? Just let me know in the comments section below and I’ll be responding to you guys all day!

So make sure to hit that subscribe button, give this video a huge thumbs up (otherwise I won’t know you liked it), and tell all your friends about this amazing community! I want nothing more than for this to be an inviting space for each and every person that wants to make positive changes in their life. You guys are my rock, my army, we are all on this wellness journey together and I cannot wait to see what’s next!

I love you guys!
