CREAMY PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER MASHED POTATOES
1 medium head of cauliflower, broken into florets
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3-INGREDIENT MASHED SWEET POTATOES
2 medium sweet potatoes skin on, diced into 2-inch pieces
2 tbsp pure maple syrup (can sub raw honey or coconut sugar)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
raw pecans, crushed (for topping)
