1. Thandai

1 . 1 glass milk
2 . 2 Tbsp thandai premix pwdr
3 . 2 tsp milk powder (optional)
4 ice cubes
5. some almonds, pista n Saffron threads for Garnishing.
I have used Gopaljee Thandai Premix powder for this recipe.
2. Sugarfree Banana Dates Lassi

1. 1 bowl curd
2 . 1 Big Banana
3. 5 to 6 Dates or as per ur sugar taste
4. 2 elachi
5. little water n ice cubes
6. some pistachio n dates for Garnishing.
3. Kesar Thandai

Curd- 1cup
Sugar to taste ( 5 tsp approx)
kesar 7 to 10 thread
Almonds, Pista for Garnishing
water
4. Vegan Dryfruits Shake

1. 8 almonds
2. 8 cashews
3 .3 -4 Soft Dates
4. 2-3 Munka
5. A handful of raisins
6. Water n ice cubes
some pista n dates to Garnish.
