PUMPKIN SPICE HOT CHOCOLATE:
+ 1/4 cup milk
+ 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
+ 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
+ 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
+ 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
+ 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

MAPLE SEA SALT CREAM COLD BREW:
+ 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
+ 1 teaspoon maple syrup
+ Pinch of sea salt (to taste)

PUMPKIN CHAI TEA LATTE:
+ 1 cup milk of choice
+ 1 black tea bag (optional)
+ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
+ Pinch of ground ginger
+ Pinch of ground cloves
+ 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

+ 1/2 cup cold brew
+ 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree

HOMEMADE APPLE CIDER:
+ 5-7 medium apples (assorted types)
+ 1 orange
+ 4 cinnamon sticks
+ Pinch of ground cloves
+ 1/2 teaspoon allspice
+ 1 whole nutmeg
+ Pinch fresh ginger
+ 8 cups water, more or less
+ 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional to sweeten)
