5 minute dinner-lunch recipe idea






Hi everyone welcome to the nawaab channel!
Today we are going to make a gem recipe that has many benefits but I am just going to tell you two most important one: Number one is it is very tasty
The second is its Loaded with nutrients and helps you lose weight

I am sure you must have become quite excited after listening the benefits and will definatly try this recipe again and again so lets start the recipe

Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium flame.
Add 400g of Chickpeas,
some cashew nuts
salt as per your taste
1 teaspoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
Mix well making sure the spices are coated well or until it turns golden brown.

Salad Dressing
In a bowl take 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of salt or as per your taste
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Mix well making sure everthing is well combined

In a bowl
Add half chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped red onion
Half red and half yellow chopped bell pepper
Chopped coriander
Now add the chickpeas – which we cooked earlier & mix – mix – mix
Add the Salad dressing – which we prepare earlier
Add julienne carrots
Mix well combining everything well.

Dish out with some lettuce leaves
Delicious and healthy protein salad is ready – enjoy!
