Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner ideas for Babies | Baby Food Recipes for 7 to 12 months old baby| Indian vegetarian weight gain baby food
In this video, I will show you food ideas & recipes for different kinds of grains & lentils, also what fruits & vegetables you can introduce, dairy items, finger foods or snacking items you can give to your baby.
INTRODUCING GRAINS:
The following are the grains that you can introduce to your baby as early as 7-8 months of age. I have shared recipes for each and every grain in this video.
Rice
Yellow split gram (moong dal)
Split Moong daal
Semolina (suji)
Oats
Wheat ( atta)
Broken wheat (dalia)
Moong
Toor/Tuvar daal
Fruits:
Fruits are big source of fibre for your little one so make sure to add ample of fruits in your baby’s daily diet. A baby needs a combination of food to make it a complete diet and fruits are very essential part of babybfood chart or baby food plan. Include at least 7 different types of fruits on your baby’s weekly meal planner.
Vegetable Soup:
If your baby is constipated after starting solids, add more vegetables to your baby diet. Veggies are rich in fibres that help relieve constipation in babies.
DAIRY:
Yoghurt – Give your baby and/or toddler curd or yoghurt every day. Its full of good bacterias and source of protein and calcium that helps in bone development.
Cheese (i use soft cheese to avoid choking and easy to swallow)
Homemade paneer (Cottage cheese – recipe shared in this video)
