1 tsp wood pressed sesame oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp channa dal
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp tur dal
1 tbsp urad dal (I used split black urad dal)
1 tsp black peppercorns (can reduce to 1/2 tsp if you want less spicy)
3-6 kashmiri chilies (adjust chilies to suit your taste)
1 cup curry leaves
A small piece of tamarind
1/2 tsp kayam (asafoeitida)
Pink salt as needed
2 tbsp wood pressed sesame oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 whole kashmiri chilies
1/4 cup peanuts
2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
