Ingredients
Crust: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 4 tbsp sugar, 100g butter(soften n cubed), 1/4 tsp salt
Filling: 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 4 lemons, zest 4 lemons, optional 15g butter, 1/4 cup flour
Tip: Have fun 🙂 this is pretty much a fool proof recipe so there’s a lot of cushion room to do a oopsie and still be okay hehe.
