INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
1 tsp oil (I use avocado oil)
Pinch sea salt
Optional: 1 tb ranch seasoning (or seasonings of choice)
RECIPE:
In a small bowl, mix together the popcorn kernels, oil salt, and seasonings of choice. Transfer to a paper bag and fold over twice. Microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes, or until the kernels have stopped popping. Gently open the bag and enjoy.
