1. KUNAFA ️
Ingredients:
350 g vermicelli or kunafa dough
4 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp orange food color
1 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp corn flour
100 g processed cheese or any cream cheese
Or you can use fresh cream or doodh ki malai instead of any cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp rose water
2. SHAHI FIRNI️
Ingredients:-
1 liter full fat milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
50 g soaked rice ( make a coarse paste with 100 ml milk )
50 g ricotta cheese ( khoya )
1/2 cup peeled and grated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
15 almonds
15 pistachios
20-25 resin
1 tbsp charoli seeds
15 cashews
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp kewra water ( optional, i haven’t added )
3. SHEER KHURMA️
Ingredients:-
1 to 1 1/2 liter full fat milk
50 g khoya /mawa
3/4 cup condensed milk (150 ml )
40-50 g vermicelli
4 dates or dry dates
15-20 almonds
15-20 pistachios
15-20 cashews
1 tbsp chirongi
15-20 resin
4-5 tbsp pure ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1/2 cup lotus seeds
8-10 almonds
8-10 cashews
1 tbsp dry coconut
2 dry dates
Dry fruits for garnish:-
1 tbsp charoli seeds
8-10 almonds
8-10 cahews
1 tbsp dry coconut
1 tbsp rasin
For sugar syrup:-
4 cup sugar
water
1 tsp cardamom powder
food color
food essence
250 g vermicelli
1/2 cup khoya or mawa
1/4 cup +2 tbsp ghee
5. SEWAI KA ZARDA ️
Ingredients:-
250 g vermicelli
2 cup sugar ( 500 g )
21/2 cup ( 625 ml )
1/4 cup + 1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup khoya or mawa ( 120 g )
10-12 almonds
10-12 cashews
1 tbsp rasin
1 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp charoli seeds
food color
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp kewra water
