Ingredients
To Make Ginger Syrup
Ginger – 300 Gms
Water – 5 Cups
Sugar – 2 Cups (Buy: https://amzn.to/38wnYus)
To Make Ginger Ale
Ginger Syrup
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Lemon Slices
Mint Leaves
Ice Cubes
Soda
Method:
Peel off the ginger skin, wash and dry it.
Chop it into small pieces.
Add the chopped ginger to a sauce -pan with water and boil it for 15 mins.
Strain the ginger juice and pour it into a sauce-pan again.
Add sugar and boil it till it reduces to a syrup consistency.
Turn off the stove, let it cool and pour it into a glass bottle.
This syrup can be store for about a month.
For ginger ale, take a serving glass, pour the ginger syrup, add lemon juice, then add lemon slices, mint leaves & ice-cubes.
Add Soda and mix everything with a spoon.
Serve the Ginger Ale, immediately.
