Lemon Ice Tea
Ingredients :
Water – 5 cups
Tea – 3 tbsp
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Mint leaves – 8 to 10 nos.
Ice – 5 to 6 cubes
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
Sugar syrup – 1/2 cup
Tea extract – 2 cups
Method:
1. Prepare the tea extract boiling tea with water for 5 mins. Strain and keep the extract aside to cool it down.
2. Make the sugar syrup boiling sugar with water, add a few mint leaves to infuse the mint flavor and allow it to cool down.
3. Assemble the tea extract, lemon juice, sugar syrup along with ice in shaker.
4. Shake well and pour in glass chilled with ice. Top it with mint leaves and lemon and serve.
5. Gobble!
Aam Panna
Ingredients:
Raw mango – 2 to 3 nos.
Raw mango pulp – 4 cup
Roasted cumin powder – 2 tbsp
Roasted black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Black Salt – 2 tsp
Powder sugar – 2 cups
Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
water – 2 cups
Ice – 2 cups
Method:
1. Steam raw mango for 15 mins. Peel off the skin, take out the pulp and blend it with mint leaves and ice.
2. Now in a bowl, start mixing raw mango pulp with cumin powder, black pepper powder, sugar and ice until sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Serve chilled.
