Recipe and directions:
Boneless skinless chicken thighs 6
Lemon pepper (to taste)
Garlic/onion powder (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Sautéed SIDE
2 zucchini
1/2 onion
3+ cloves garlic
Olive oil
Splash of strained tomato
Salt to taste
Red pepper flake (optional)
Preheat oven 450F
Prep and chop cleaned veggies for sautéing. Coat chicken in seasoning and put in a shallow dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
In a large pan sauté oil, garlic, and onion over medium-high heat until translucent. Add zucchini, salt, red pepper and cook until translucent.
Splash tomato at the very end and turn off the heat, set aside.
Serve thighs hot, enjoy!
