Ingredients
1 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
30 g chopped garlic
1/2 canned tuna
200 g steamed brown rice
1 small yellow onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
A little ground white pepper
100 g cherry tomatoes
10 g chopped parsley
A little sesame oil
