The reasons to limit refined sugar intake in kids may be plentiful. But this isn’t always easy to do. Especially if you have a penchant for desserts yourself, and a little one that always wants to eat whatever’s on your plate!
That’s why in this video, I thought I’d share three of my favorite healthy desserts for kids.
Each is truly free of refined sugar – coconut sugar, agave syrup and maple syrup included – and absolutely suitable to share with your kids, if you so wish!
