Healthy Yogurt Bites
Innovative dessert made from thick yogurt (Hung Curd) cocoa powder, choice of nuts, some honey and a little sugar (optional). No baking, No cooking – Just mix n make the dessert. If you have sugar restrictions, then can avoid sugar too.

Ingredients :
120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts, coarsely ground
Approx 8 Walnuts, coarsely ground
50 gm Pumpkin Seeds, coarsely ground
120 gm Hung Curd (Dahi ka chakka – keep curd overnight it in a muslin cloth to remove access water)
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder + more to dust
2.5 tbs Honey
2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)
Method :
Coarsely grind 120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts and transfer in a bowl
Coarsely grind approx 8 Walnuts & 50 gm Pumpkin Seeds and keep aside
In a mixing bowl take 120 gm Hung Curd (Dahi ka chakka – keep curd overnight it in a muslin cloth to remove access water)
Add 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
Add 2.5 tbs Honey
Add 2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)
Combine everything together
Add ground nuts, mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour
Place this mixture in a square shape cookie cutter to make square shape bites
Dust some Cocoa Powder on it
Top with Roasted Peanuts & Pumpkin Seeds
