-4 lbs Pork Spare Rib Tips
-3 tablespoons Canola Oil
-1 tbsp Seasoning Salt
-Garlic Powder (very small amount)
-Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce (or your personal favorite)
-Cut silver skin between bones
-In large pan or container mix canola oil and seasonings together.
-Add meat in seasoning and massage seasonings onto the meat
–Fry in skillet or deep fryer until golden brown and the meat is pulling away from the bones (usually about 15 minutes, depending on heat setting)
-Once done remove from fryer and allow oil to drain from meat for 3 minutes.
-Brush on your BBQ sauce and enjoy!
