1) Jalebi With Rabri:-
This recipe is purely a homemade recipe. Jalebi is one of the famous dessert of Indian cuisine and often makes appearance at Indian Weddings and functions. Jalebi can be made for any festivals and serving it with rabri just takes the taste to another level.
Rabri is made purely from milk, yes you read it correct. This Rabri is without Khoya, Milkpowder or Condensed milk. It is a simple Indian dessert made with milk, cardamon and a few nuts. It can be your favourite dessert to prepare for dinner parties.
2) Lauki Ka Halwa:-
It’s rare to have vegetables that can take lead roles in desserts, amazingly lauki (also called doodhi or ghiya) is one of them!Lauki is one of those vegetables that is available throughout the year and thus I can enjoy lauki halwa any time of the year and the texture is very similar to everyone’s all-time favorite Carrot Halwa. Lauki halwa or Dudhi halwa is a sweet Indian dessert made from bottle gourd. Bottle gourd is known as lauki or ghiya in hindi and dudhi in marathi. So this Indian dessert is known by the name lauki halwa or dudhi halwa.You can adjust the amount of sugar as per your taste. You can even add jaggery instead of sugar if you are looking for a healthy alternative.
3) Wheat Malpua:-
Malpua is a sweet soft, fluffy and yet crispy pancakes. If you are also a fan of this dessert, then here is an easy recipe explained in detail. Malpua is made in many ways, but this recipe contains of wheat malpua. You can just serve these pancakes coated with the sugar syrup. For garnishing I have used Pistachios, Raisins and Walnuts. Malpua is crispy from outside and sweet, juicy and soft from inside. This recipe is full of flavours and taste.
