Dessert Videos


These healthy dessert recipes are seriously life changing. All of these healthy desserts are full of healthy fats, protein, and complex carbs to provide nutrients for your body as well as nourish your soul. Each healthy dessert is super decadent (especially the chocolate avocado mousse) and you seriously wouldn’t even know they were healthier than regular desserts! My personal favorite is the healthy collagen cookie dough (I literally ate it in one day). Thank you so much to Livwell Nutrition and Zhou Nutrition for sending me some products to test out in this video!

I love a decadent dessert every now and then but it makes me so happy knowing that I can make desserts that are healthy, nutritious, and delicious! Please make sure to let me know if you try any of these healthy desserts out!


Banana Bread Granola Squares
– two ripe bananas
-1/4 cup honey and maple syrup
– 2-3 tbsp coconut oil melted
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 c oats
-1/2 cup chopped nuts
-1/4 whatever seeds, chocolate chips, etc
-mixed nut butter drizzle

Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse
-1.5 avocados
-7 ish tablespoons cacao powder or cocoa powder
-dash of maple syrup
-honey to taste
-1 tbs vanilla extract
-sea salt
-handful of chocolate chips
-hemp seeds and strawberries to top

Protein Chia Seed Pudding
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-1 scoop protein powder
-100-150 mL plant based milk
-cherries, blueberries, or whatever extra toppings you like!

Collagen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
-1 1/3 cup of whatever flour you like (I used oat and almond flours)
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1 tbsp avocado oil
-1 tsp vanilla
-3 tbsp light brown sugar
-dash of honey
-1/2 tsp salt
– dash of almond milk
-1 scoop collagen peptides
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
