The beauty of our country is that every state has its own palate and foods, each one being unique and tasty. Variety is the spice of life today, and I am sharing one of my favourite dishes which has its roots in rural Maharashtra – Multigrain Thalipeeth using Jowar, Raagi and Besan. This thalipeeth is not only healthy and filling, but is also as tasty as it looks. You can have it with dahi, white butter or green mint chutney. Try this recipe out and let me know how you like it.
