Ingredients –
To Make Paste
1 Tbsp White Butter / मक्खन
1 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
1 Black Cardamoms
2 Green Chillies
1 Handful Cashew Nuts
2 Onion (grated)
2 tsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
Water
To Make Gravy
– 1 tbsp White Butter
– Paste
– Salt
– 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– 1 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
– Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
– 1/2 cup Curd
– 1/2 cup Cream
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
– 1/2 kg Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)
– 1/2 cup Milk
– 1 tbsp Saffron Milk
