Ingredient list:
Recipe #1:
1 tbs Cajun seasoning
1 lb chicken
1 onion
olive oil
can fire roasted tomatoes
2 C. broth
2 oz cream cheese
green onions
1/2 lb pasta
Recipe #2:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic (at least!)
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp. sage
2.5 C. broth
1/2 C. cream
1/2 lb pasta
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C. parmesan
1/8 tsp nutmeg
pepper & cheese to top
Recipe #3:
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (or more!)
1 onion
2 TBS flour
2 TBS chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
15 0z tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups broth
2 cups macaroni
1 cup cheese

4 chicken thighs
5 tsp lemon pepper
oil
2 cloves garlic
2.5 cups broth
1 cup parsley
1.5 cups orzo
2 oz feta
