Quick, delicious and tasty south Indian style peanut recipe. Use any rice like basmati, sonamasoori, short grain or ponni. Peanut rice feel likes little bit dry and can serve with any breakfast chutney.
Ingredients:
For rice::-
Raw rice – 1 cup
Water – 2 cup
Salt – 1tsp
Oil – 1tsp
Prepare masala::-
Raw peanut – 1/2 cup
Fresh coconut – 1/4 cup
Sesame seed – 1tbsp
Jeera – 1/2tsp
Red chilli – 3
Others::-
Oil – 2 -3tbsp
Raw peanuts – 1tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp
Chana dal – 1tsp
Red chilli – 2
Curry leaves – 12
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves -few
