60 g sweetener(stevia, erythritol, etc) (1/4 cup)
110 g yogurt/ 1/2 cup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
80 g melted butter(unsalted, slightly cooled) ( 1/4 cup)
200 g rolled oats(2 1/4 cups)
1 apple, cut into thin slices
20 x 14 cm/ 5.5 x 7.8 inches baking pan
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
