Serves 6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Hot water 2 Cups
-Instant jelly 1 pack (80g) (flavor of your choice)
-Water 3-4 Cups
-Sabudana (Tapioca sago) ½ Cup
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water as required
-Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups
-Lal sharbat (Rose syrup) ¼ Cup
-Condensed milk 2-3 tbs
Assembling: 01:40
-Ice cubes
-Colored jelly cubes

Directions:
-In hot water,add instant jelly & mix well,pour in a dish,let it cool & refrigerate until set.
-Cut jelly into small cubes & set aside.
-In a kettle,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add tapioca sago,mix well & cook on medium flame for 13-14 minutes or until transparent then strain & set aside.
-In a cup,add basil seeds,water & let it soak for 5-6 minutes & set aside.
-In a jug,add milk,rose syrup,condensed milk,whisk well & set aside.
Assembling: 01:40
-In a jug,add ice cubes,coloured jelly cubes,cooked tapioca sago,soaked basil seeds & prepared milk,mix well & serve!

Ajza:

-Garam pani mein instant jelly dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,dish mein pour ker lein,thanda ker lein & set hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Jelly ko small cubes mien cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Kettle mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Sabudana dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 13-14 minutes ya transparent ho janay tak paka lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Cup mein tukhme balanga aur pani dal dein aur 5-6 minutes kliya soak ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Jug mein doodh,rose syrup aur condensed milk ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling: 01:40
-Jug mein ice cubes,colored jelly cubes,cooked sabudana,soaked tukhme balanga & tayyar doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
