Sabudana Drink
Ingredients for Sabudana:
Water (hot) 2 L
Sabudana 1 cup
Water as required
Ingredients for Strawberry Jelly:
Water 400 ml
Jelly powder (strawberry) 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Rose Milk:
Milk 1½ L
Sugar ¼ cup
Red syrup ¼ cup
Assembling:
Sabudana (boiled)
Jelly cubes
Chia seeds (soaked)
Rose milk
Directions for Sabudana Preparation:
1. In a pot, add water and sabudana and boil until the sabudana is transparent.
2. Stain through a sieve and run under cold water to wash off the starch. Keep aside.
Directions for Strawberry Jelly Preparation:
3. In a pan, bring water to boil. Add jelly powder and stir until the jelly powder has dissolved.
4. Pour into a mold and rest until set. Cut into cubes and keep aside.
Directions for Rose Milk Preparation:
5. Now, in a pot bring milk to a boil. Add sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
6. Bring it to room temperature and then chill it in a refrigerator. Add red syrup and stir until dissolved.
Directions for Assembling:
7. Now, In jug and glass add boiled sabudana, jelly, chia seeds and milk. Stir and serve chilled.
8. Your Sabudana Drinks is ready.
