Sauteed Spinach and Garlic Recipe is healthy, quick and easy to make. Learn how to make this tasty recipe which is a perfect side dish for meal prep. This side dish can be on your plate in just a few minutes. Eating cooked spinach (releases high levels of beta-carotene) can help protect you against heart disease and lung cancer.

⬇️ RECIPE ⬇️

– 1.5 TBSP organic olive oil
– 16oz organic baby spinach
– 6 garlic cloves (sliced)
– red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)
pink sea salt
– fresh cracked black pepper

Add oil and garlic to a cold pan, heat up and sauté for 1 min. Add red pepper flakes and baby spinach. Cover and cook on low for 2 minutes. Uncover, stir until it wilts a little bit. Turn off heat, and add lemon juice.
