Ever had Underberg before? Maybe you’ve seen it in those miniature bottles wrapped in brown paper either by the cash register of your local liquor store or on the backbar of your favorite cocktail bar?
Well if you haven’t tried them yet, I’m here to tell you that you should! Underberg is a bitter German liqueur that has been made since the 1800’s and is meant to help aid in digestion after a big meal.
It’s also a really tasty cocktail ingredient! As I found when trying out the two cocktails I make in this video. So buy a couple mini bottles of Underberg, try it on its own, try it in these drinks and let me know down in the comments what you think!
