Take 2 cup basmati rice,wash n soak in 3 1/2 cup water for 10 mins
Heat a cooker, add 2 tsp oil,2 tsp ghee, add spices,add 1 onion ,1 tomato,2 green chilli(opt) ,1 tsp gingergarlic paste,saute well,add ur fav veggies, saute fr 2 min..
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric,1 tsp chilli pwd,1/2 tsp garam masala,2 tsp biriyani masala,2 tsp curd,salt as req,saute and add rice soaked water,allow it to boil for 5 mins,add soaked rice and pressure cook for 2 whistles.. yummy veg biriyani ready Do try it frnds
