This week I’m showing you how I make my Moscow Mule! I’m also going to experiment with other spirits than vodka because I have a theory they’ll all work plugged into this recipe. The Moscow Mule shares the same template as a buck: spirit, citrus, and ginger beer (or ale). Why is the Moscow Mule called a mule instead of a buck? It might be the traditional copper cup it’s served in, it might just be brilliant marketing. It’s probably both. The history of this drink is an interesting one that varies depending on the storyteller. I’ll cover this and test to see if my theory is correct by making twelve different mules! Why not? 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lime juice
2-3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters (depending dasher bottle size)
