I needed to make some Japanese side dishes to go with my Yakitori last week! I made a Wasabi Potato Salad with Smoked and Sous Vide Pork Belly as well as Cucumber Sunomono.
Every thing turned out delicious! These side dishes would go great with any grilled or BBQ recipe.

Wasabi Potato Salad

I added the Pork Belly to the Potato Salad recipe. All I did was smoke the pork belly for 2 hours at 150º-200º. Then I cooked it sous vide at 150º for 24 hours. Let it cool, then slice into thing pieces.
