Breakfast Egg Burritos
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Homemade Tortilla:
-Sunridge super fine atta (Flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Baking powder ¼ tsp
-Lukewarm water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
Prepare Sour Cream Sauce:
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) finely chopped 1-2 tbs
-Soya (Dill) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs
Prepare Scrambled Egg:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Prepare Veggies:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & sliced 2 medium
-Pickled red jalapenos sliced ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
Assembling:
-Tortilla
-Prepared sauce
-Scrambled egg
-Sauteed veggies
-Iceberg
-Prepared sauce
-Hot sauce

Directions:
Prepare Homemade Tortilla:
-In a bowl,add super fine flour,salt,baking powder & mix well.
-Gradually add lukewarm water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough well until its smooth & stretchy (5-6 minutes).
-Sprinkle dry flour,take a small dough (100g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out thin with the help of rolling pin (11-inch round).
-Hot griddle,place rolled dough and cook each side for 30-40 seconds.
-Place tortilla on kitchen towel,cover with a towel for 2 minutes or until use & set aside.
Prepare Sour Cream Sauce:
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & mix well for 30 seconds.Sour cream is ready!
-Add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,fresh coriander,dill,milk & mix well,cover & let it rest until for 10 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Scrambled Egg:
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper crushed,milk & whisk well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,whisked eggs & cook on low flame while gently stir in between (makes for 1 burrito).
Prepare Veggies:
-In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,capsicum,tomatoes,pickled red jalapenos,salt,black pepper powder,mix well & stir fry 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Assembling:
-On a clean working surface,place a tortilla,add prepared sour cream sauce,scrambled egg,sauteed vegetables,iceberg,prepared sour cream sauce,hot sauce,fold all the sides & roll the tortilla.
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil & fry burrito from all sides until golden brown (makes 4).
-Wrap burritos in butter paper & serve!

-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Atta chirak dein aur dough ko smooth & stretchy hunay tak ghond lein (5-6 minutes).
-Atta chirak dein,chota dough lein (100g) aur ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa thin bail lein (11-inch round).
-Tawa garam karein,rolled dough rakh dein aur 30-40 seconds kliya ek side sa paka lein.
-Tortilla ko kitchen towel mein rakh dein aur 2 minutes ya use kernay tak cover ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Sour Cream Sauce:
-Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.Sour cream tayyar hai.
-Paprika powder,kali mirch powder,namak,hara dhania,soya aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Scrambled Egg:
-Bowl mein anday,namak,kali mirch crushed aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur whisked anday dal dein aur halki ancch per paka lein aur bech mein stir ker lein (makes for 1 burrito).
Prepare Veggies:
-Us he frying pan mein cooking oil,shimla mirch,tamatar,pickled red jalapenos,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Clean working surface per tortilla rakh dein,tayyar sour cream sauce,scrambled eggs,sauteed vegetables,iceberg,tayyar sour cream sauce aur hot sauce dal dein,sides ko fold karein aur tortilla ko roll ker lein.
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur burritos ko tamam sides sa golden brown hi janay tak fry ker lein (makes 4).
-Burritos ko butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein!
