How to make the best Blueberry French toast on your Traeger:


5 cups crumbled Croissants
1 package fresh Blueberries
1 package Cream Cheese
2/3 cup Sugar
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
2 large Eggs
2 Tbsp. Bourbon Vanilla
1 cup Milk
1 Tbsp. Turbinado Sugar


· When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed (10 to 15 minutes).
· Place crumbled croissant pieces in a greased 9-inch square baking dish and top with the fresh blueberries.
· Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and bourbon vanilla. Stir in nutmeg and cinnamon. Gradually add the milk. Pour evenly over the croissant and blueberries. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
· Bake it in the Traeger for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the center is cooked and golden brown. Serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
