Ingredients:
12 apples, peeled, cored and seeded
12 tbsp. sugar
1 ½ cup flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
12 tbsp. cold butter, cut into pieces
¼ cup lemon juice
⅔ cup brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat Saber® grill to medium
Combine apples and white sugar into a mixing bowl and toss; reserve
Combine flour and cinnamon
Add butter pieces and using two forks or your fingers, mix together until the they are the size of small peas
Place sugared apples in a cast iron skillet
Pour lemon juice over the top of the sugared apples
Pour the flour and butter mixture over the top
Sprinkle with ⅔ cup brown sugar
Place in grill and close lid — cook for 40-45 minutes
