Sausage & Pepper Skewers
1 – 2 lbs Sweet or Hot Italian Sausage – cut in 1 1/4″ pieces
3 Bell Peppers – cut in chunks
1 Large Red Onion – cut in chucks
1/3 C Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
Alternate sausage, peppers & onions onto skewers.
In small bowl mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano.
Place skewers onto heated grill and lightly brush with olive oil mixture. Cook until
nicely browned turning & basting occasionally until fully cooked.
