Alyena will show you how to make this heart shaped oatmeal chocolate fudge bar cake, her favorite healthy dessert that is gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free.
Oatmeal chocolate bars recipe:
1/4 cup plus 3 Tbsps of maple syrup
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 1/2 cups of oats
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Chocolate filing recipe:
1/2 cup dark chocolate chopped
1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter
Place in an 8″x8″ pan
Chill each layer for 30 minutes before adding the next layer
